Christy is my name, going to school is my game

Hello Everyone! Welcome to my LIS 768 blog. Let me introduce myself, I am about 3/4 done with the MLIS program and am currently taking three classes this summer session. Crazy, I know! I am very excited to receive my diploma in December. I currently work at St. Olaf College as a circulation and interlibrary loan associate. I am interested in either academic or public libraries, special libraries or research libraries. Very general, pretty much I would enjoy working anywhere that I am able to help people with their research needs. Even though I am an INFJ, focus on the introvert part, I am also a people person and like the interaction of work at the circulation desk.
When I am not in school or at work....
I live in Hastings with my husband, Chris, who enjoys telling people that his wife is a "clarinet playing librarian, but she is still pretty cool" and trying not to laugh. I like to cook, grill out and have campfires in our backyard, entertain our friends, and play with my puppy!
